Volunteers

The work of the volunteers consists principally of supporting the girls in their daily activities. Furthermore, the organization of creative activities and sports is much appreciated. However, the most important is to eat together, play together, talk together. They demonstrate that they care about the girls, which augments their confidence and self-esteem. The Hogar de Gina is a young organization, and there is a lot of space for personal initiative under the guidance of the responsible, Peruvian personnel of the home.
